To advance your ProSomnus EVO or EVO select device, follow the guide below. Use the corresponding L or U tray to create the desired position.

U0 L0 - Neutral (starting) position
U0 L1 - 1MM
U2 L0 - 2MM
U2 L1 - 3MM
U4 L0 - 4MM
U4 L1 - 5MM
U6 L0 - 6MM
U7 L1 - 7MM

During your adjustment Period you should be adjusting once per week, and using a HST on the LAST day of each setting

If you device breaks
call our office right away at

Save all the pieces of your device, so you will be able to use your warranty

Do NOT continue to use the broken device. Wait until we can get a correctly fit replacement.

We will get you into our office as soon as possible to start the process of getting you a replacement.
